Hi everyone,

Thank you for stopping by to check out my blog.  My name is David and I am a recent graduate at the University of Denver.  I have been overweight/obese for as long as I can remember and am working on losing that weight and changing my life in a positive way! This blog is a documentation of not only the physical journey of losing weight but also a documentation of what it truly means to change a lifestyle.  My goal for the blog is to be a place where a community can get together and discuss how they see positive change being practical and beneficial.  I hope to talk with you soon!

My Posting Policies:

  • I will post Workout results, along with a workout song of the day and link of the day every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • I will post my Weigh-in results every Sunday
  • I will post something creative every Tuesday and Thursday

  1. Looks like you’ve been doing fantastic on your weight loss! I’m still in the beginning stages of my weight loss efforts, and I’m finally reaching the point where I’ve realized “I can do this!” And it’s always inspiring to read success stories from people going through exactly what I’m going through.

  9. I just wanted to wish you good luck with your weight loss! I’ve struggled a really long time and still have a ways to go before I reach my own goals, but getting my friends and family in the know and involved has been SO helpful. I hope you find the same kind of encouragement and support, blogging about it is a great way to go!
