Weekly Weigh-Day #31

Sorry for the delay! The last couple weeks have been crazy for me. I am working 40 hours a week at two jobs and helping co-lead a volunteer engagement project.  Not posting has not meant I am quitting or giving up on the blog I promise!


Last Weigh-In Weight: 196.0 lbs

Today’s Weight: 197.2 lbs

Total Loss: 99.1 lbs lbs

Weekly Loss: +1.2 lbs

That being said adjusting to a 40 hour plus work schedule has definitely made things difficult in terms of working out.  I am slowly figuring that out and will post again for the 8 month anniversary/weigh-in next saturday!

Today’s Weight: 196.2 lbs

Well this was a good week for me, I’m finally back to 100 lbs lost!  Since mid-June I have dropped a bit over 16 lbs, my goal is to be down 20 by Halloween!

So I realize this posting is totally late, this weekend was a bit crazy for me.  I was expecting my weight to be far above what it is now so there is always a chance it will shoot up by Saturday.  But for now, these are the statistics as of this morning:

Weekly Weigh Day #25

Last week’s weight: 199.3 lbs

Today’s weight: 197.5

Weekly loss: 1.8 lbs

Total loss: 98.8 lbs

% Lost: 33.3%


This has been a phenomenal and quite surprising week.  I think you will probably see either a jump up by a few pounds next week or it staying stable for a while, but I’ll take it.  Tomorrow is Yom Kippur, the Jewish High Holy day where you can’t eat for 24 hours, so I likely will eat quite a bit tonight and tomorrow night once the holiday is over.  That could impact my weight over the week.  Anyways, I am almost to 100lbs lost again! Last Weeks weight: 200 lbs

Todays Weight: 199.3 Lbs

Weekly Loss: 0.7 Lbs

Monthly Loss: 2.4 lbs

Total Lost: 97.0 lbs

 % Loss: 32.7%

Well not a huge losing month at about 0.6 Lbs/week. I am happy to finally be back under 200 though. Next up, 190!
