Weekly Weigh-Day #31

Sorry for the delay! The last couple weeks have been crazy for me. I am working 40 hours a week at two jobs and helping co-lead a volunteer engagement project.  Not posting has not meant I am quitting or giving up on the blog I promise!


Last Weigh-In Weight: 196.0 lbs

Today’s Weight: 197.2 lbs

Total Loss: 99.1 lbs lbs

Weekly Loss: +1.2 lbs

That being said adjusting to a 40 hour plus work schedule has definitely made things difficult in terms of working out.  I am slowly figuring that out and will post again for the 8 month anniversary/weigh-in next saturday!
