Weekly Weigh-in #18

So the mid month mark has arrived quite fast!

Last weigh-in weight: 205.0 lbs

Today’s weight: 204.4 lbs

2 week loss: 0.6

Average weekly loss: 0.3 lbs

Total Lost: 91.9 lbs

% Lost: 31%

 

Well this is going incredibly slowly.  But, I have stayed true to the diet and the workout that I know to be truly sustainable.  I am not feeling overly hungry, and I definitely feel stronger since starting weights.  I am seeing progress there as well.  I can do more reps and sets at the same weight now!

    It may be slow but a sustainable plan will give you the results you want and you’ll be able to maintain them much easier. Keep up the good work!
