It’s amazing to realize once again, how much easier it is to put on weight than it is to lose it. The key is, to keep picking yourself up and making the right choices.

That’s about 1/3 lb/week. Not the best rate, but I was at about 205 lbs on Thursday morning. I ate a gigantic rib at a restaurant that I’m sure was filled with sodium, so the weight should come down again soon.
