Weekly Loss: 1.1 lbs
The loss for this week is actually more than that. I was at 210.5 lbs on Thursday. Obviously that was mostly sodium and water, but I can feel the weight now that it’s higher again. I will be going to Chicago next Tuesday through Friday, so I need to find a way to be healthy while there or my weight next Saturday is going to be ridiculous…My plan is to bring prepared food for the road trips and eat salads or light dishes when I eat out.
