Grumpy was right. Backing away/not posting for a week was not the right decision! In the middle of last week I had actually gotten my weight down to about 203. But it was my birthday that weekend and I ate a little too much. When I say a little too much, I mean I ballooned up to about 209.5, the highest I had been since April 2011.
Today, I am back down to 205.5, and will be working hard to continue the progress (although still heavier than a week ago by 2 pounds!)
