Total beginning weight: 296.3 lbs

Last Weeks weight: 187.1 lbs

Current weight: 187.6 lbs

Total lost: 108.7 lbs

Percentage of beginning weight: 36.7%

Weekly total lost: +0.5 lbs

Reasons why gain or loss:

And once again after a mostly good week I continue to gain and stay between 185 and 190.  After this weigh in, I made the mistake of eating out so I’m sure I’m much higher than this now.  Look for a long run posting tomorrow…

    Try Tabata–my trainer say’s it will kick you out of a plateau. 🙂
