Reasons why gain or loss
That’s an okay first week loss. Nothing that will win me THE CHALLENGE that Grumpy put out there! But it is a 0.1% loss in the first week and at my stage in the game a half pound a week seems to be pretty average. It equals out to 2 pounds a month, which means at that rate it would take 4 months, or next school year for me to reach my goal of 176!
I have to actually weigh .. hahaha so I can know what I am losing. 😀

Oh well, I’ve had a couple good days in a row. Maybe I can put together a little run.
