Reasons why gain or loss
I’ve been good for the majority of the week with the exception of a couple of meals. It’s amazing how much a few bad meals can affect your weight. Other than tomorrow night, I should be pretty good this whole week so hopefully the weight will come down a bit next week. Originally my goal was to hit my goal weight at next weeks weigh in, but seeing as I’ve majorly plateaued the last 5 months or so until this month I hardly think it’ll be possible to lose 14 lbs in a week! Instead the goal is to reach the initial goal weight of 176 lbs by the summer!
