Last week’s weight: 192.2 lbs

Current weight: 193.1 lbs

Total lost: 103.2 lbs

Percentage of beginning weight: 34.8%

Weely total lost: +0.9 lbs

Reasons why gain or loss:

Not very happy about this loss, but went out to eat a couple of times this weekend so it may be here to stay for a while.  Hopefully I can keep around this weight this week and then be down a bit for the next monthly weigh in!

  2. You are young and taking charge of your life for the better. A few bad meals here and there won’t be a problem. As long as the long term graph is moving in the right direction which it is. Plus you get lots of exercise so, sometimes that weight gain is a little muscle too.
