Current weight: 192.2 lbs

Total lost: 104.1 lbs

Percentage of beginning weight: 35.1%

Weely total lost: 0.5 lbs

Reasons why gain or loss:

This is a little bit disappointing as I thought a week of eating right and running a half marathon might have meant a little more of a loss than this.  I think I came down with a bit of a cold and maybe that is keeping the water weight on or something.  I guess we’ll see with the next weigh-in.
