Reasons why gain or loss:
This is a little bit disappointing as I thought a week of eating right and running a half marathon might have meant a little more of a loss than this. I think I came down with a bit of a cold and maybe that is keeping the water weight on or something. I guess we’ll see with the next weigh-in.
