Today I did a little run on the treadmill!  What’s weird is my weight seems to be going up even with the half marathon earlier this week! I can only assume my body is playing tricks on me :/  In any case, we will see what it officially is tomorrow.

    I have experienced that my weight starts going up once I start to work out regularily. I am now on a mission to see that trend reverse. 😉 I hope it will happen for you soon. Keep it up!!

    • Thanks for the comment! Isn’t it funny how that works out? I think my body has just been retaining the water as it probably thought it was at a deficit 🙂 I’m sure it’ll go down more next week!
