Half-Marathon!

Okay, maybe I went off the deep end a bit here…I didn’t run this for any real purpose, I just wanted to see if I could do it.  I wasn’t able to run the whole time (11 miles running) but I still finished it so I’m counting it as a success!

Results:

Time: 2:15:15 hrs

Distance: 13.2 mi

Average Pace: 10:15/mi

Fastest Pace: 9:05/mi (Pace for 11 miles)

Overall Calories Burned: 1513

Song of the Day: “Into The Mystic” Glen Hansard Cover

He covered this song at one of his concerts I went to.  Very enjoyable 🙂

Sorry to say, but you only needed to do 13.1 instead of 13.2 to do a half marathon! Wow!!
