Sub 7!

I have a feeling my weigh in this weekend won’t be quite as exceptional as I was hoping (even though I’ve been good all week!).  I think it’s just taking my body some time to adjust.  I decided that it was time I shoot for a new mile record and I did it!

Results:

Running:

Time: 14:30 min

Distance: 2.0 mi

Average Mile Pace: 7:15/mi

Fastest Mile Pace: 6:55/mi (PR!)

Walking:

Time: 5:00 min

Distance: 0.32 mi

Overall Calories Burned: 372
