I decided I wanted to achieve one of my goals today and broke my record of 8 miles running! I also figured this was a good start to counteracting the weight I gained while in Denver. I decided not to weigh myself until Saturday and as of Tuesday morning I was at about 196.5. I think I gained more as I had my favorite Thai place then afterwards, got fast food (first time in years) and had a steak dinner at home yesterday. In any case, I am back to my routine now and the weight should come off sooner or later!
