Reasons why gain or loss
I was very careful about what I ate and stuck to my normal exercise routine. This weekend will be a bad eating weekend however so hopefully I will get through that alright. If not, I will just have to restart like I did after thanksgiving. In any case I am two pounds from my low now, and hopefully can be back to that low by my next monthly weigh in! In other news finals are pretty much over!!
