Great Running Day

No, I didn’t break any personal records but it was a much needed run, as I hadn’t been able to since last Thursday!  It is a fantastic stress relief.  Here are the stats.

Results:

Running:

Distance: 2.33 mi

Time: 20 min

Average Mile Pace: 8:34/mi

Fastest Mile Pace: 8:30/mi

Walking:

Distance: .33 mi

Time: 5 min

Calories Burned Overall: 401

 

On a different note, I’ve been carefully tracking my weight this week and it seems to be slowly climbing its way back down.  Measured in at 195.5 this morning and after today’s workout, it should be in the 194’s tomorrow!
