Reasons why gain or loss
Well this is incredibly frustrating. I can’t seem to get a hold on this increase and now have a net total loss of less than 100 pounds! I can only speculate on some of the reasons for these gains. 1) I started a new more intense weightlifting program after not doing weights for a while 2) I have been eating too late in the night and 3) I am going out for beers after classes too often. I am going to try to curb 2 and 3 and be conscious of 1. Hopefully, the weight will start to go down again. Stay tuned for next week’s weigh in!
