So, I have to confess something, I have been checking my weight this week as it doesn’t seem to be going down after I ate too much this weekend. Not quite crisis mode yet but it seems to be sticking around 196 for the last 4-5 days. I decided my body probably was just adjusting to the weight loss and trying to find a stable point. I needed an intense exercise to shock the system so I ran a 10k today and went the longest overall and consecutive (running) distance I have done so far. Hope that shows for the next weigh in!

Just went to her concert over at the Cedar Cultural Center in Minnesota and she was absolutely fantastic. Very relate-able and honest musician. You could tell she meant every word she wrote and sang. I recommend checking her out!
