A moderately successful week in terms of numbers but a good one in other ways. I finally got back to a fairly consistent running schedule this week which was really nice and my body is clearly looking more and more like I envisioned when I thought of myself as being 100 pounds down. Funny how long it takes…In any case will continue the renewed running schedule this week and hopefully the scale will start to be more accurate to how I’m feeling!
