Blue Door

Bad news, this weekend has been awful for food!  Although it was quite awesome for taste.  If you are ever in Minnesota I highly recommend checking out Blue Door Pub.  It is one of the best burgers in town (Next to the Nook/Burger Jones).  They have a couple of specials every day on top of a variety of different styles of burgers.  Anyways, my workout today was pretty lackluster and on the elliptical but I should be running the rest of the week!

    I’m with you re food. I’ve not been great either, but, it’s not about one week is it? It’s about lifestyle change and we are doing it!!!

    Sometimes we just need to eat those yummy foods that are not so good for us. What is important, though, is that we return to a healthier way of eating afterwards.
