Wait So Long

Today, I had a pretty good run.  I ran on the treadmill because I was in a hurry and wanted to make sure I could be ready to leave for a meeting I have.  On Thursday I’ll plan on running outside again.  It’s hard to believe how nice it is outside still! 80 degrees and sunny this whole week 🙂


Time: 16:33 min

Distance: 2 mi

Average Pace: 8:16/mi

Fastest Pace: 7:58/mi

Calories Burned: ~253

Once upon a time, 2 miles took me around 35 minutes!  Even when I started running both miles all the way through it took me around 25 at the beginning.  I can’t believe how much faster I am now, and hopefully soon I’ll be lowering that time to 14 minutes 😀
