Reasons why gain or loss
I had to weigh in a couple of days early this week due to knowing I won’t be able to weigh in tomorrow or Saturday. On top of that I couldn’t weigh in at my normal time. Still I’m always happy to maintain my weight! Being in graduate school has made it a lot harder to follow my routine and it is definitely harder to fit my workouts in. I haven’t been able to do a weights workout for a while and my runs are becoming more sporadic this week. I am making up for it by walking 4-6 miles every day. Hopefully next week will be a decent loss!
