Thai Day

Today I had a really hard time with the running.  I attribute it to the increased workload I have to do for school as well as not sticking to my eating habits as closely as I had been in the past (Went out for Chipotle yesterday and had Thai with a friend for lunch today).  In any case, I made it to 2 miles! Which is always my minimum goal for distance and the pace wasn’t too bad either!

Average Mile Pace: 8:32/mi

Fastest Mile Pace: 8:23/mi
