Busy Workout Day

Well, the doctor told me to lay off running for a week or two due to the sore thigh.  So, I did the elliptical today and I will be playing tennis a bit later!

Resistance Level: 20

Average Heart Rate: 120 bpm

Calories Burned: 933

    Great calorie numbers. I can’t get in to the elliptical (or X Trainer as we call it here in the UK).

    I get similar numbers for an hour on the treadmill.

  2. An injury is tricky. You don’t want to make things worse but you need to remember how easy it is to fall back into old lazy habits.

    Doesn’t sound like you are taking things too easy with the machine work and tennis so I think you will avoid those old habits. 😀
