Well had my doctor’s appointment today and all the numbers are good and what I expected…except for one. My appointment last year was on July 15th, and today I weighed in 102 lbs less!! That means I lost 7 lbs between last July 15th and when I started being conscious about weight loss last August 22nd. I’m not counting this as my 100 lb lost post as I’d rather keep that consistent with when I started this new lifestyle but it made me very happy 😀
