4 miles!

Today was a great run! I set a record for the 5k (26:32) and for 4 miles running straight (34:11 vs. 48).  After all you can eat sushi yesterday today’s workout was much needed.  Hopefully I won’t gain too much this week!

Average Mile pace: 8:33/mi

Fastest Mile pace: 8:30/mi

Average Speed: 7.0 mph

Calories burned: 473
