Total beginning weight: 296.3 lbs

Last week’s weight: 201.8 lbs

Current weight: 201.3 lbs

Total lost: 95 lbs

Percentage of beginning weight: 32%

Weekly total lost: 0.5

Reasons why gain or loss

Well, at the very least still taking a step towards being under 200.  A little disappointed though as I was expecting to at least be below 201 today. I ate out way too much this week which I think played a part in why I’m not.  However, hopefully I will accomplish that goal in the next week or two!  Either way it still was a loss for the week and any fat loss is a good loss 🙂
