Go Twins!

I went to the twins game yesterday and it was awesome!  We were in the nosebleed seats (literally the last row in the stadium).  Usually I would say this is a bad thing but considering it was incredibly humid it turned out to be the best seats in the stadium.  We had a breeze blowing against us the entire game!  It was also the first win I’ve seen at Target Field with a bases loaded walk off double by Danny Valencia! Absolutely amazing night.  Well I did the elliptical today and here are the results.

Results:

Time: 60 min

Resistance Level: 13

Average Heart Rate: 130 bpm

Calories Burned: 1200 (more likely around 600)

Great job! Climbing the stadium rows in 100 degree weather is like an extra workout!!

  2. I’m contemplating going to a AAA game next week, but I am a bit scared that the concession stand siren song might be more than I can resist. 😀

  3. The problem is that the ticket price includes an all you can eat hot dos and soft drinks deal.

    • Ah, hmm that could be quite the temptation. If I was in the situation and knew I couldn’t resist and really wanted to lose a specific amount of weight by a certain date close to that then I would skip it. But you are entitled to have fun as long as you don’t let become habit in my opinion 🙂
