Well, I decided to workout on the elliptical again today as I have blisters on my feet and they hurt quite a bit.

Total Time: 45 min
Average Heart Rate: 120 bpm
Resistance Level: 20
Calories Burned: 903 (again I think it’s probably closer to 450)
The elliptical is a pretty good workout, I really do love the feeling I get from running though, so I hope I can get back to that soon!
