Reasons why gain or loss
Definitely a great week in terms of loss! I had weighed in earlier this week at 205.8 but knew that wouldn’t stick around as I went out to eat a bit and thought it was mostly water weight than fat. I am going out of town this next week so I probably won’t have a weigh in until my regular monthly weigh in and hopefully by then I will be over 90 pounds lost!
