Went running with a friend yesterday and was a bit too busy to post, but here are the results from the workout!

Average Mile Pace: 15:25/mi

Fastest Mile Pace: 11:45/mi

Average Speed: 3.9 mph

Calories Burned: ~300

 

Thought of the Day:
I had an interesting discussion yesterday about time and how we make the best of it.  Unlike money or possessions, time cannot be saved, you can’t work hard for the year in the hopes you can add one later.  We never know what will happen in the future and can’t predict possible accidents or things that could prevent us from that year later.  Therefore, I have come to the conclusion that I have to incorporate what I love right now in my life rather than hope it comes later.
