Well, today was an awesome run! I ran my first 10k!!! Although it was on the slower end I just told myself I wanted to get it done. I ran the first 2 miles, walked the next 2.2, and ran the last 2! I ran the first two miles in 18:30 which is the fastest I think I’ve ever done that and I ran the 4 miles in around 38 minutes which is a 10 minute improvement 🙂

Thought of the day:
As I went for this run I had an epiphany. It is so important to be positive in my life. Even when things that we view as bad occur, there is usually a silver lining that you and I can take from it!
