Reasons why gain or loss:
Well, I definitely expect to start losing weight a bit slower. Frankly, given what I’ve eaten this week and the consistency of my diet I’m a bit surprised to have lost so much. I will have to start cracking down again. My hope is to lose between 1-2 lbs a week until I reach my goal weight. Oh! Also, I hit another goal! I can now fit into size large clothing!!!
