Workout in Minnesota!

Well, today was my first cardio workout since coming home!  It was odd to run around the pond by my house as I haven’t really done it for a long time.  It’s about 1 1/4 miles around and was quite a workout!  Well worth it though. I weighed in on the scale we had at home so I had a reference for how much I gain or lose at home and it read 217 lbs on the dot which is almost a pound less than on Friday!

A great song that my Dad introduced me too.  Haven’t run to it yet but plan to do so soon!
