Rockin’ and Rollin’

Well, am going to have to start getting the running distances up once again.  Planning to do a 5k when I go back home in a week or two.  On a bright note I did an all-out sprint during my second mile (mostly walking) and got my fastest speed of 9 mph which averages out to around 6:40/mi or so.  Now I just have to get that to last longer than 30 seconds 🙂
