Walk, Nah I’ll Run That Way

Today was a relaxed….well sort of relaxed workout.  I hadn’t run since last Friday so I was feeling a bit out of shape today.  In any case hopefully on Friday I will be able to go over 2 miles 🙂

Shocking…Well not really, I always knew sleep was important and have been able to get 6-8 hours every night fairly consistently.  The hard part for me has been keeping the stress levels low.  Still working on that, any tips would be much appreciated!

  1. Keep up the good work. Remember sometimes you are doing your body a service by taking it easy. Your body needs to recuperate from the wear and tear of working out. Nevertheless atta boy! Do us proud. 🙂
