Today, was an exhausting day.  I did a 6.5 mile walk yesterday so I was already decently sore coming into my run today!  I separated today’s into two different parts.  The first two miles I ran and the last I walked.

Seeing as I’ll be in the Sand Dunes, I plan to weigh in tomorrow so keep your eye out for that!
