My Goals

I feel like I should put up my long term goals with weight loss and fitness.  I will update them as I achieve them!

Weight Loss Goals

Lose 80 lbs

Lose 90 lbs

Lose 100 lbs

Lose 110 lbs

Lose 120 lbs


Fitness Goals

Run 6.2 miles

Run a mile under 8 minutes

Do 50 pushups in a row

Run 8 miles straight

Do an intense hike


Material Goals

Fit into a Large clothing size

Fit into a Medium clothing size
