Today’s was a really good workout! I set my personal mile record and achieved my goal of getting below a 10 minute mile by my birthday on Thursday 🙂 It also is the fastest average pace I have done.  By June, I would like to be in the 8 minute range!  Wish me luck, I’ll need it!

An awesome song to work out to.  I am finding that I am really enjoying Boston the more I listen to them!
