Reasons why gain or loss
Definitely a great losing week again. I wasn’t really expecting a loss this big due to eating out a few times this week as well as celebrating St. Patrick’s day and Purim. But I suppose the working out and eating while at home stayed pretty good so it makes sense. It’s hard to believe that in another 25 pounds I will weigh less than 200 pounds!
