Today marks my seventh month of losing weight and changing lifestyle! The results were very good today 🙂 My biggest losing month since the second month!
Total beginning weight: 296.3 lbs
Last week’s weight: 230.8 lbs
Current weight:226.9 lbs
Total lost: 69.4 lbs
Percentage of beginning weight: 23.4%
Weely total lost: 3.9 lbs
Monthly total lost: 12.1 lbs
Reasons why gain or loss
1. Started to incorporate more Fruits and Vegetables in my diet
2. Increased my running from an average of about 1.5 miles straight to about 2.5
3. Ran a 5k and had to prepare myself for it
I am actually rather surprised that the weight is coming off this fast now. Hopefully I can maintain and keep losing it 🙂
