This song came on while I was working out. While normally I am not really a huge Guns N’ Roses fan (mainly because I’m not a huge fan of Axl), the solo here is just perfect for a run. Wonderful build up and follow through!
Thought of the Day:
Today, while running I thought of what things could possibly motivate me. Why do I want to lose weight? Personally, I think that any reason that can get you to lose weight permanently is a good one. I don’t feel it has to just be for health. It could be a plethora of other things.Well, I came up with a preliminary list of reasons why I am motivated to lose weight.
1. Don’t want to have to get surgery
2. Want to live longer
3. Want to feel better about my body
4. Want to be able to get in and out of a car with ease
5. Want to be able to go on hikes with friends
These are five of a long list (that I will probably make and post next week :D) what are some of your motivating factors?
