Sorry for being late with the post today everyone! I went on a 4.5 mile snowshoeing hike with my awesome girlfriend, Ella 🙂 I am pretty ecstatic about the results of this weeks weigh-in! I only really ate out once or twice this week and stayed fairly healthy. Next week’s weigh-in marks my seventh month since I’ve kept track of my new lifestyle! My goal is to be down 67 lbs. I hope by my birthday in late March I am down 70!
