I thought it was a pretty interesting article. I agree with the tip regarding your heart rate and it’s relation to the “fat burning zone”. I think that the harder you work out the more calories you ultimately burn which will burn more fat than if you don’t work out as hard. Anyways would love to hear what you all think!
