Well, this week was definitely not the same dramatic amount that you all saw last time! But I’m still really happy with the results and honestly was expecting a lot worse. I had all you can eat sushi and Chipotle! I also had a pretty decent week for running and weights so I’m sure that’s why I still managed to lose a pound or so. I definitely expect the weight loss to be between 1-2 lbs a week at most so this absolutely meets that expectation. Well hope you all are doing well and will be back tomorrow with some music and my running results!
