Weigh Day #2!


Total beginning weight: 296.3 lbs

Last week’s weight: 234.8 lbs

Current weight: 233.7 lbs

Total lost: 62.6 lbs

Percentage of beginning weight: 21.1%

Weekly total lost: 1.1 lbs


Well, this week was definitely not the same dramatic amount that you all saw last time!  But I’m still really happy with the results and honestly was expecting a lot worse.  I had all you can eat sushi and Chipotle!  I also had a pretty decent week for running and weights so I’m sure that’s why I still managed to lose a pound or so.  I definitely expect the weight loss to be between 1-2 lbs a week at most so this absolutely meets that expectation.  Well hope you all are doing well and will be back tomorrow with some music and my running results!

    A pound is a pound! Good job! I think (ok…pretty certain) I took in a few more calories than I wanted to yesterday so I guess I will find out the damage when I get back from my trip later today!
    Keep up the progress!
